Abstract: |
Peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase NIMA-interacting 1 (PIN1) was abnormally expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma, and played an important role in the proliferation, invasion, apoptosis and angiogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma as a tumor catalytic molecule. Therefore, this paper will review the molecular structure and function of PIN1,expression of PIN1 in hepatocellular carcinoma and its role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. |
