摘要: |
生物材料作为骨组织替代物为治疗骨缺损或骨折不愈合提供了新的思路。然而传统纳米材料具有损伤细胞粘附、细胞毒性强等缺点。制备高效、副作用小的生物材料成为了目前组织工程领域的研究热点。磁性纳米粒子为骨再生提供磁力刺激,电磁场作为一种非侵入性物理疗法促进骨修复,两者结合制备的磁响应型纳米材料在生物医学领域得到广泛的研究和应用。本文通过对磁响应纳米材料的制备、分类及在骨组织工程中的应用作一综述。 |

Abstract: |
Biomaterials have gradually became bone tissue substitutes, which provide new ideas for treatment of bone defects and fracture nonunion in recent years. However,conventional nanoparticles have shortcoming including leading to cell adhesion damage, causing cytotoxicity. Thus, preparing nano-bio materials with high efficiency and low side effects has become a hot research topic with great significance in the field of tissue engineering. Interestingly, magnetic nanoparticles can provide magnetic stimulation for bone regeneration,and the electromagnetic field is a kind of non-invasive physical therapy to promote bone repair.Magnetic responsive nanomaterials have widely research and application in the biomedical field.This articles reviews the preparation,classification and application of magnetic responsive nanomaterials in bone tissue engineering. |
