| SLE是一种可导致多器官损伤的自身免疫性结缔组织病。与一般人群相比，SLE患者的结核病发病率更高。SLE合并结核感染的部位较隐匿，肺外结核中以骨关节结核多见，冷脓肿是其常见的并发症。潜伏结核感染是脂膜炎发生的重要病因，脂膜炎也可以是结核感染的早期症状之一。本文报道1例SLE合并骨关节结核冷脓肿及脂膜炎的患者，予抗结核药物规范治疗，最终病情好转后出院。 |

| SLE is an autoimmune connective tissue disease that can lead to multiple organ injury. Compared with the general population, the incidence rate of tuberculosis in SLE patients is higher. The location of SLE complicated with tuberculosis infection is hidden. Bone and joint tuberculosis is common in extrapulmonary tuberculosis, and cold abscess is a common complication. Latent tuberculosis infection is an important cause of panniculitis. Panniculitis can also be one of the early symptoms of tuberculosis infection. This paper reports a case of SLE complicated with bone and joint tuberculosis, cold abscess and panniculitis. The patient was treated with antituberculous drugs. Finally, he was discharged after his condition improved. |
