揿针联合中药治疗肺经蕴热型慢性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

摘要:
目的：观察揿针联合中药治疗肺经蕴热型慢性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例诊断为肺经蕴热型慢性鼻炎的患者分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组采用揿针联合中药口服治疗，西药对照组采用布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗，连续治疗28d。比较两组患者治疗前与治疗后D14、D28症状、体征量化评分，并评估临床疗效。结果：经治疗，两组患者症状、体征量化评分均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），两组间治疗后D14、D28症状、体征量化评分差异无统计学意义。观察组总有效率达90%（27/30），对照组总有效率93%（28/30）。结论：揿针联合中药治疗肺经蕴热型慢性鼻炎有良好的临床疗效，疗效同布地奈德鼻喷剂相当。

Clinical Observation of Treating Chronic Rhinitis with Heat Accumulation through Lung by Press-needle Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of press-needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic rhinitis with heat accumulation through lung. Methods 60 patients diagnosed as chronic rhinitis of the pulmonary transfebrile type were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with press needle combined with oral Chinese medicine, while the western medicine control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray for 28 days. The quantitative scores of symptoms and signs on D14 and D28 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results After treatment, the quantitative scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the quantitative scores of symptoms and signs in D14 and D28 between the two groups after treatment. The total effective rate was 90% (27/30) in the observation group and 93% (28/30) in the control group. Conclusion Press-needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic rhinitis with heat accumulation through lung, and the effect is comparable to budesonide nasal spray.
