摘要:
目的:探讨 hsa_circ_0001785在乳腺癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用q-PCR技术检测其血清hsa_circ_0001785的相对表达量,T检验分析 hsa_circ_0001785的相对表达量与乳腺癌、乳腺良性肿瘤及其他临床特征的相关性; ROC曲线分析 hsa_circ_0001785的诊断乳腺癌的价值。结果:乳腺癌组血清中hsa_circ_0001785的相对表达水平高于其他两组,且差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);良性肿瘤组血清中hsa_circ_0001785的表达水平与健康对照组无显著性差异,无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。hsa_circ_0001785对乳腺癌的诊断能力与CEA相当,具有较好的诊断准确性(AUC=0.780)。hsa_circ_0001785的相对表达与肿瘤类型、TMN分期、有无远处转移、有无淋巴结受累状况无相关性。结论: hsa_circ_0001785在乳腺癌组中高表达,具备成为乳腺癌诊断分子标志物的潜力。

Abstract:
Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of hsa_circ_0001785 in serum of breast cancer patients. Methods: Serum hsa_circ_0001785 was detected by Q-PCR. The relative expression of hsa_circ_0001785 was analyzed by t-test. The relative expression of hsa_circ_0001785 was correlated with benign and malignant breast tumors and other clinical features; The diagnostic value of hsa_circ_0001785 in breast cancer was performed using ROC curve. Results: The relative expression level of hsa_circ_0001785 in breast cancer patients was higher than that of the other two groups(P < 0.05); There was no significant difference of hsa_circ_0001785 between the benign group and the health control group (P > 0.05). Hsa_ circ_ 0001785 had the same diagnostic ability as CEA in breast cancer, and had better diagnostic accuracy (AUC = 0.780). The relative expression of hsa_ circ_0001785 was not correlated with tumor type, TMN stage, distant metastasis and lymph node involvement. Conclusion: Hsa_ circ_ 0001785 high expression in malignant group has potential to become a molecular marker for breast cancer diagnosis.
