[摘要] 类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以关节滑膜炎症和进行性关节破坏为特征的自身免疫性疾病。该病的发病机制目前尚不明确,而细胞焦亡作为一种近年来新发现的程序性细胞死亡,被证实通过细胞内激酶相互作用释放促炎介质促进RA的发展。该文对细胞焦亡在RA中的研究进展作一综述。 |

[Abstract] Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized by synovitis and progressive joint destruction. At present, the pathogenesis of RA is unclear, and pyroptosis, as a newly discovered programmed cell death, has been confirmed to promote the development of RA by releasing pro-inflammatory mediators through intracellular kinase interactions. This paper reviews the research progress of pyroptosis in RA. |
