| ［摘要］ 随着艾滋病母婴阻断和儿童抗病毒治疗覆盖面不断扩大，我国新发现人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染儿童数和HIV感染儿童病死率不断下降，但防治工作存在一些问题和困难，抗艾之路仍然任重而道远。该文简要概述了当前我国儿童艾滋病防治工作进展及存在问题，以期不断完善防治措施，进一步降低儿童HIV感染率和艾滋病病死率，提高生活质量。 |

| ［Abstract］ With the interruption of mother-to-child transmission of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) and the continuous expansion of the coverage of antiretroviral therapy for children, the number of newly diagnosed HIV-infected children and the mortality of the HIV-infected children in China have been declining. However, there are still some problems and difficulties in the prevention and treatment of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) for the HIV-infected children, and there is still a long way to go to fight against AIDS for them. This paper briefly summarizes the current progress and existing problems in prevention and treatment of AIDS in children in China, with the expectation of continuously improving the prevention and treatment measures of AIDS, further reducing the infection rate and mortality of AIDS in children, and improving their quality of life. |
