| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨高频彩色超声在诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌的价值。方法 对66例经手术证实的浸润性导管癌的超声图像进行分析。结果 超声对乳腺浸润性导管癌诊断率较高，声像图表现浸润状边界、微小钙化灶、穿入型血流均为其特征。结论 高频彩色超声是临床诊断乳腺癌首选的检查方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency color ultrasound in the invasive ductal carcinoma of breast.Methods Analysis of sonogram was performed in 66 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of breast confirmed by operation.Results Ultrasound had high rate of diagnosis for the invasive ductal carcinoma of breast, Border infiltration, microcalciffcation and penetration of blood flow were all its characteristics.Conclusion High-frequency color ultrasound is the preferred examination method in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer. |
