| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨腰椎滑脱手术治疗疗效。方法 对16例腰椎滑脱进行髓核摘除，椎间植骨融合加RF内固定。结果 术后平均随访2 4个月，优10例，良5例，可1例。结论 腰椎滑脱较为常见，纠正滑脱同时处理腰椎间盘突出和椎间植骨，可取得满意疗效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effect of surgery for spondylolisthesis.Methods Sixteen cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated by nucleus pulposus discectomy, interbody fusion plus RF.Results After follow up for a mean of 24 months, 10 cases were excellent, 5 cases were good and 1 cases were general.Conclusion Spondylolithesis is a more common desease and may be obtained satisfactory effect by correcting spondylolithesis, discectomy and interbody fusion. |
