血脉通胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期伴高粘血症的疗效观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察苗药血脉通胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期伴高粘血症患者的临床疗效及血液流变学的影响。方法 将60例COPD病情分级为I~II级的稳定期伴高粘血症患者,随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。治疗组采用苗药血脉通胶囊口服治疗,对照组采用口服肠溶阿司匹林+舒氟美,疗程均为1个月。观察两组治疗前后的肺功能和血液流变学的变化。结果 治疗组在临床疗效、肺功能改善及血液流变学方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 苗药血脉通胶囊可有效改善COPD稳定期伴高粘血症患者的临床疗效、血流动力学状况,延缓患者肺功能的恶化速度。

Observation on curative effect of xuemaitong capsule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with hyperviscosity at stable stage

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and the change of hemorheology of xuemaitong capsule in the treatment of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with hyperviscosity at stable stage. Methods Sixty confirmed COPD patients with hyperviscosity were randomly into two groups. Thirty patients of the treated group were treated with the xuemaitong capsules. Another 30 patients of the control group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets and theophylline sustained-release tablets. Pulmonary function and the changes of hemorheology were observed before and after treating for one month.Results The compared with the control group, the treated group was superior in the clinical effect, the improvement of pulmonary function and hemorheology (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuemaitong capsule can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and status of hemorheology in COPD patients with hyperviscosity, and delay the deterioration process of pulmonary function of the patients.
