| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE) 异常脑电图(EEG)的特点。方法 对2006-01～2008-10在我院就诊、首次脑电图异常的104例HIE新生儿进行回顾性分析。 结果 （1）104例异常HIE新生儿EEG中，低电压、背景波率慢为44例，电静息28例，痫性放电22例，爆发抑制8例，不对称2例。（2）104例异常HIE新生儿EEG中，轻度HIE 16例，其中低电压、背景波率慢12例，痫性放电4例；中度HIE 46例，其中低电压、背景波率慢28例，痫性放电10例，电静息4例，爆发抑制2例，不对称2例；重度HIE 42例，低电压、背景波率慢4例，痫性放电8例，电静息24例，爆发抑制6例。结论 新生儿HIE的异常EEG形式以电压偏低、电静息、爆发-抑制等多见；EEG的严重程度与新生儿HIE的临床分度相符。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To approach the feature of abnormal electroencephalogram(EEG) of newborn with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods One hundred and four newborns with HIE who visited in Guangxi Women and Children Health Hospital from January 2006 to October 2008 and diagnosed as abnormal EEG in first time were retrospectively analyzed.Results (1)Of the 104 newborns with abnormal EEG, there were low tension and slowly frequency in 44 patients, electrical silence in 28 patients, eleptiform discharge in 22 patients, burst suppression in 8 patients and dissymmetry in 2 patients. (2)There were 16 patients with mild HIE, of them there were low tension and slowly frequency in 12 patients, eleptiform discharge in 4 patients; There were 46 patients with moderate HIE, of them there were low tension and slowly frequency in 28 patients, eleptiform discharge in 10 patients, electrical silence in 4 patients, and burst suppression in 2 patients and dissymmetry in 2 patients; There were 42 patients with severe HIE, of them there were low tension and slowly frequency in 4 patients, eleptiform discharge in 8 patients, electrical silence in 24 patients and burst suppression in 6 patients.Conclusion The main pattern of abnormal EEG of newborn with HIE are low tension and slowly frequency, electrical silence and burst suppression; the degree of EEG is in accordance with clinical grading of the newborn with HIE. |
