| ［摘要］ 高浓度游离脂肪酸可导致胰岛β细胞凋亡，与2型糖尿病发生发展密切相关。其机制可能与胰岛素受体底物、代谢中关键酶、氧化应激、内质网应激、Bcl-2家族、神经酰胺途径、Caspase家族、12-脂氧合酶、蛋白激酶B、G蛋白偶联受体等有关。研究游离脂肪酸对胰岛β细胞凋亡的影响有重要的临床意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ High free fatty acid can induce apoptosis of pancreatic islet β- cells, which is closely connected with the occurrence and the development of type 2 diabetes.The mechanism may be related to insulin receptor-substrate, key enzyme of the metebolism, oxidative stress, endoplasmic reticulum stress, Bcl-2 family，ceramide pathway，caspase family，12-lipoxygenase，PKB，G protein-coupled receptor, etc.The study on the effect of high free fatty acid on apoptosis of pancreatic islet β- cells has great clinical significance. |
