| ［摘要］ 目的 研究他汀类药物在治疗2型糖尿病患者高脂血症的疗效和成本，找出一种费用较低、效果显著的治疗方案。方法 将收治的168例2型糖尿病高脂血症患者随机分为为A(氟伐他汀)、B(洛伐他汀)、C(普伐他汀)、D(辛伐他汀)4组，比较各组疗效，并进行成本-效果分析。结果 A、B、C、D组疗效分别为85.71%、88.10%、83.33%、90.48%(P>0.05)，成本-效果比分别为166.58、95.77、163.16、84.90。结论 辛伐他汀具有最低的单位效果成本，值得临床上应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analysies the cost-effectiveness on statins in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with hyperlipoidemia and find out a low-cost and effective treatment scheme. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight type 2 diabetes patients with hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into 4 groups, Group A received fluvastatin, Group B received lovastatin, Group C received provastatin and Group D received simvastatin. The therapeutic effects and cost-effectiveness were compared in 4 groups.Results The effective rates of Groups A, B, C and D were 85.71%、88.10%、83.33%、90.48%, respectively(P>0.05), the cost-effectiveness ratios were 166.58、95.77、163.16、84.90 respectively.Conclusion Simvastatin is the optimal treatment for type 2 diabetes patients with hyperlipoidemia. |
