| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨选择性肾动脉介入栓塞治疗肾脏出血疾病的临床价值。方法 对13例肾出血患者采用选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗，在栓塞前都进行肾动脉造影明确了出血的部位、程度及相关血管的情况，为栓塞治疗提供了依据。栓塞材料用明胶海绵或金属钢圈。结果 所有患者经栓塞后出血完全停止，临床症状得到缓解，无严重并发症发生。结论 肾动脉栓塞治疗肾脏出血疾病是安全、有效的治疗方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of selective renal artery embolization for treating the kidney hemorrhagic diseases.Methods Thirteen patients with kidney hemorrhagic diseases were treated by selective renal artery embolization.Before embolization, the selective angiography provided definite diagnosis on location, exent and degree of hemorrhage.Embolization materials used in the study were gelfoam and steel coils.Results Embolization was successful and clinical symptoms subsided in all patients, no surgical complication had been observed.Conclusion Selective renal artery embolization is safe and effective for the treatment of the kidney hemorrhagic diseases. |
