FQ-PCR方法检测女性尖锐湿疣(CA)患者HPV的基因分型

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨女性尖锐湿疣(CA)患者感染人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的基因类型和分布。方法 采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)方法检测256例CA患者疣体组织或分泌物中的HPV类型。结果 HPV6、11型阳性率为93%(238/256), HPV16、18型阳性率为15.2%(39/256), HPV6、11型和HPV16、18同时阳性为10.9%(28/256)。定量检测病毒载量最高为1.0×108 copies/ml,最低为2.2×104 copies/ml。结论 本地区尖锐湿疣患者感染以HPV6、11低危型为主,少数为HPV16、18高危型;荧光PCR检测技术具有灵敏度高、特异性强及检测时间短等特点,能够及时准确的为HPV患者临床治疗及预后判断提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the types and distribution of HPV genes in female condyloma (CA) patients infected with human papilloma virus(HPV).Methods Fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) was used to detecte the typos of HPV genes in wart tissue or secretion from 256 CA patients.Results HPV6, 11 type-positive rate was 93% (238/256), HPV16, 18 type-positive rate was 15.2% (39/256), both positive rate of HPV6, 11 and HPV16, 18 was 10.9% (28/256). Quantitative detection of viral load showed, the maximum viral load was1.0 × 108 copies/ml, with a minimum of 2.2 × 104 copies/ml.Conclusion The patients with condyloma in this region were mainly infected by HPV6, 11 low-risk type, with a small number fo HPV16, 18 high-risk type. Fluorescence quantitative PCR detection technique, with high sensitivity, specificity and detection characteristics of a short time, can timely and accurately provide a reliable basis for the clinical treatment and the prognosis of patients with HPV.
