| ［摘要］ 目的 通过对47例亚临床甲状腺功能减退症（简称亚临床甲减）合并高脂血症患者使用左旋甲状腺素钠片治疗，观察治疗前后血脂变化。方法 治疗前记录各病例促甲状腺素（TSH）、血总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇检查结果，给予左旋甲状腺素钠片，以TSH调整在正常范围为合适剂量，平均50～75 μg/d，治疗三个月后复查TSH及血脂结果并进行统计分析。结果 治疗后血脂明显下降，与治疗前存在显著差异（P<0.01）。结论 用左旋甲状腺素钠片治疗亚临床甲减对改善血脂有临床意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the blood lipid change after levothyroxine sodium tablets treatment in the 47 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism complicated with hyperlipemia.Methods The thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), total cholesterol，triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol before treatment in all patients were recorded. Them these patients were treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets in an average dose of to 50～75 μg per day for 3 months, the average dose was appropriate to adjust TSH to normal value. After three months of treatment, the above indexes were determined and compared with those before treatment.Results The levels of blood lipid after treatmeat were lower than those before treatment, there was a significant difference between them (P<0.01).Conclusion It is a clinical significance to improve blood lipid for subclinical hypothyroidism with levothyroxine sodium tablets. |
