| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿脐带绕颈诊断的价值。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声对250例胎儿脐带绕颈进行诊断并检测胎儿脐动脉血流参数，与临床分娩结果进行对照分析。结果 250例彩色多普勒超声诊断脐带绕颈中，产时有脐带绕颈243例，诊断符合率97.2%；胎儿脐动脉S/D比值>3.0，RI>0.8的17例，其中9例经孕妇吸氧后好转，7例即行剖宫产，1例胎儿于产前死亡。结论 彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈准确率高，对围产期保健和临床选择分娩方式等具有重要的指导意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in fetal umbilical cord around the neck.Methods Fetal umbilical cord around the neck and fetal umbilical arterial blood flow parameters were diagnosed and examined through color Doppler ultrasound. And then the results of clinical delivery were compared and analyzed.Results Of the 250 cases dianosed through color Doppler ultrasound, 243 cases were born with umbilical cord around the necks. The diagnosis rate is 97.2 percent; Umbilical artery S/D ratio> 3.0, RI> 0.8 in 17 cases.9 pregnant women turn better after taking oxygen and 7 cases had to be carried on cesarean section.One died before the birth.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can provide high-accuracy diagnosis level in fetal umbilical cord around the neck. so it is of great guiding significance for the perinatal health care and clinical delivery choice. |
