| ［摘要］ 目的 观察普鲁卡因治疗老年心脑血管疾病患者出现咯血的效果。方法 观察组(60例)：普鲁卡因280 mg加入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水250 ml中静脉滴注，维持液速10滴/min，持续给药治疗；对照组（60例）：常规采用止血敏、维生素K1、氨基己酸等止血治疗。观察治疗后两组止血的有效率。结果 两组止血总有效率差异有统计学极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 普鲁卡因治疗老年心脑血管疾病患者出现咯血疗效明显优于一般止血治疗方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the therapeutic effect of procaine in the treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease combined with hemoptysis. Methods Treatment Group (n=60) was treated with procaine 280 mg plus 250 ml of 5% glucose or normal saline injection by intravenous drip infusion, maintaining the fluid speed of 10 drops /min. Control group (n=60) was treated with ethamsylate, vitaminK-1 and aminocaproic acid in conventional way. Then, the curative effects in two groups were observed. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in total hemostatic rate (P<0.05). Conclusion Efficacy of procaine in the treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease combined with hemoptysis is superior to that of the conventional hemostatic method. |
