| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生症的临床效果。 方法 采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生症患者106例。 结果 平均手术时间80 min，手术顺利，出血量少，无经尿道电切综合征发生，疗效满意。 结论 经尿道前列腺汽化电切术是治疗前列腺增生症的理想方法，其安全性高，疗效显著，并发症少，值得推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the clinical effect of transurethral vaporization of prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods Transurethral vaporization of prostate was used for the treatment of 106 patients with BPH.Results The mean operative time was 80min, with smooth operation, less bleeding, no TURS syndrome, and efficacy satisfaction.Conclusion Transurethral vaporization of prostate is an ideal method for the treatment of BPH, and it has advantages such as safety, significant efficacy, fewer disease complications, and so on. It is worth promoting. |
