| ［摘要］ 胫骨Pilon骨折的治疗临床较为棘手，为使Pilon骨折的治疗获得满意效果，首先必须对损伤进行正确的评估，其中对软组织损伤的评价和对治疗计划的制定具有至关重要的作用；骨折的严重程度与预后密切相关。Pilon骨折的治疗计划包括手术时机、固定方式的选择及术后处理等方面，胫骨Pilon骨折手术疗效与骨折类型、胫骨关节面的复位质量和手术时机的选择有关，因此，治疗方案的选择对Pilon骨折的治疗效果和预后有着重要的作用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Tibial Pilon fracture is always a challenge to orthopedic surgeons. Careful assessment of the injury, especially the soft tissue condition, is essential for a proper treatment planning. Classification of the fracture is also important for evaluation of the prognosis. Treatment planning includes: timing of the surgery, selection of the fixation method and postoperative treatment. The curative effects are relative to Pilon fracture type, replacement quality and operation time of tibial Pilon fracture. Proper selection of the surgical procedure plays an important role in the treatment and prognosis for patients with Pilon fracture. |
