| ［摘要］ 目的 观察并分析中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 抽取经诊断肯定的心绞痛患者165例，随机分成常规药物组（对照组，82例）和常规药物+葛根素注射液+中药煎剂组（观察组，83例）并比较两组治疗前后的心绞痛平均每周发作次数及平均发作持续时间；心电图缺血性变化及治疗总有效率，然后与对照组比较，并作统计学分析。结果 两组患者治疗后心绞痛平均每周发作次数及平均发作持续时间均较治疗前有显著减少（P<0.01）,观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗后心电图缺血性变化均有改善，观察组心电图总有效率91.6%，对照组70.7%，差异有统计学极显著意义（P<0.01）；观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为92.8%与69.5%，差异有统计学极显著意义（P<0.01）。疗程中，两组均未见明显药物不良反应。结论 中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定，较常规药物治疗有一定优势且无明显药物不良反应，值得临床推荐。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe and analyse the clinical effects of patients with angina pectoris(AP) treated by integrated traditional chineses and western medicine group.Methods One hundren and sixty-five patients with AP were divided into two groups randomly: the control group(82 cases) was treated with conventional western medicine; the treatment group(83 cases) was given intravenous dirp of puerarin injection on the basis of conventional western medicine and chinese medicine decoction.Before and after therapy,the indexes such as infrequency and sustained time of onset of AP per week,changes of ECG and total effective rate of ECG and total effective rate in two groups were compared and satistically analysed.Results After treatment,mean infrequeney and sutained time of onest of AP were significantly shorter than that before of treatment in the two groups(P<0.01);the effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Changes of ECG were significantly improved in the two groups,the effects rate of ECG in the treatment group was 91.6% and that in the control group was 70.7%，showing significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group were 92.8% and 69.5% respectively,there were more statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.01).In treatment,no obvious adverse effects were found in both two groups.Conclusion The clinic effects of treatmeant in patients with AP by integrated traditional chinese and western medicine was ascertainable without obvious adverse effects,its effects were better than those of the control group and it was worth recommending in clinic. |
