| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨无肝素血液透析滤过治疗老年尿毒症合并脑出血患者的临床效果和并发症。方法 先用肝素盐水预充管道，浸泡30 min排空后用生理盐水2 000 ml冲尽血路肝素液，透析过程中每15～30 min用生理盐水150～250 ml快速冲洗透析器。结果 26例老年尿毒症合并脑出血患者共行300例次无肝素血液透析滤过，未见出血加重，有10例次由于血流量欠佳致血滤器凝血需中途更换外，余均能顺利完成。存活率65.22%，死亡率为34.78%。结论 无肝素透析滤过安全简便，适用于老年尿毒症合并脑出血患者。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To summarize the clinical effect and complication of heparin-free hemodialysis in the treatment of old patients with uraemia and cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The pipage was filled with heparin saline for 30 mins, then the heparin saline was douched with 2 000 ml normal saline. The dialyzator was douched quickly with 150～250 ml normal saline every 15～30 mins during hemvodialysis.Results The observation on 300 cases of hemodiafiltration in 26 old patients with uraemia and cerebral hemorrhage showed no further aggravation in hemorrhage. All cases above were accomplished successfully, excluding 10 cases had to change filter because of blood clotting due to the insufficient of blood volume. The survival rate was 65.22%, death rate was 34.78%.Conclusion The treatment of heparin-free hemodialysis is suitable for old patients with uraemia and cerebral hemorrhage. |
