| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(LDVT)的防治措施及护理。方法 回顾性分析自2000-01～2008-06间我科收治的21例恶性肿瘤术后LDVT病人的相关资料。结果 本组LDVT占同期深静脉血栓形成的5.4%(21/392)，左侧13例，右侧8例。21例均经治疗和加强护理得到好转。 结论 术后深静脉血栓形成病因是多方面的, 但只要及时治疗和正确的护理，预后良好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the pathogenetic mechanisms， treatment and nursing care of malignant tumor patients complicated by limb deep venous thrombosis (LDVT).Methods Twenty-one patients with LDVT after operations for malignant tumor from January 2000 to June 2008 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results The patients with LDVT accounted for 5.4%(21/392)of overall deep venous thrombosis of the same period.The left leg was involved in 13 of the patients,and right leg in 8 cases.Conclusion The cause of LDVT are various. The reasonable treatment, the exact nursing and timely hospitalization and education is the key of the treatment. |
