| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨女孩单纯乳房早发育的可能危险因素。方法 自行设计乳房早发育的危险因素的调查表，对2004-02～2009-08广西区人民医院儿科的187例乳房早发育的患儿进行1∶1的配对调查，对所得的资料进行单因素分析，选择有意义的指标进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 16项指标单因素分析有7项有统计学意义，其中患儿血清雌激素水平、患儿血清水平FSH、母亲初潮年龄、乳房分期、患儿乳房开始发育时间多因素Logistic回归分析有统计学意义。结论 本次调查提示血清雌激素水平、患儿血清水平FSH、母亲初潮年龄、就诊时的乳房分期、患儿乳房开始发育时间可能为女孩乳房早发育的危险因素。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the risk factors of premature thelarche of girls.Methods Questionnaire about risk factors of premature thelarche was designed and used.Totally 187 cases of premature thelarche in the People′s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from February 2004 and August 2009 were analyzed by the method of 1∶1 paired control study. According to the single factor analysis, the significant factors were analyzed with the multi-factors conditional Logistic regression analysis.Results In the single factor analysis, 7 of 16 indexes were significant; while in the multi-factors stepwise regression analysis, 5 of 16 indexes were significant.Conclusion It is shown that the concentration of estrogen, the concentration of follicle stimulating hormone, the first menarche of mother,the breast of tanner,the first growth of breast may be the risk factors of premature thelarche of girls. |
