| ［摘要］ 目的 观察颈动脉注射银杏叶注射液对脑梗死的治疗作用。方法 将100例颈内动脉系统脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（50例），治疗组采用颈动脉注射银杏叶注射液治疗，对照组采用静脉滴注血塞通注射液治疗。结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92%和78%，两组疗效比较，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 颈动脉注射银杏叶注射液治疗脑梗死疗效满意，且无明显不良反应。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the curative effect of the carotid artery injection of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection on cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred patients with cerebral infarction of internal carotid artery system were randomly divided into the treatment group (50 cases) and the control group(50 cases).The treatment group was treated with carotid artery injection of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection, the control group received intravenous infusion of Xuesaitong injection.Results In the treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 92% and 78% respectively.The therapeutic effect in the treatment group is better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The carotid artery injection of Ginkgo biloba leaves injection in treatment of cerebral infarction has satisfactory effect and doesn′t have significant adverse reactions. |
