| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨鞍结节脑膜瘤的手术入路和治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析显微手术治疗鞍结节脑膜瘤23例的资料。结果 根据CT和MRI显示肿瘤的大小，采用经额下纵裂、翼点和单侧额下3种不同手术入路。其中行肿瘤全切除术17例，次全切除术6例；手术后恢复良好者19例，中度致残者2例，肿瘤复发需再次手术者2例。结论 选择恰当的手术入路和术中对鞍结节周围重要结构的保护是提高肿瘤全切除率，改善病人预后的关键。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore surgical approaches and efficacy of microsurgery in turberculum sellae meningiomas. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 23 cases of turberculum sellae meningioma operated.Results The tumors were operated on with 3 different surgical approaches depending upon its size on CT or MRI. Complete resection was achieved in 17 cases, subtotal in 6 cases.Postoperatively， well recovery were found in 19 cases， moderate disability in 2 cases， recurred tumor were found and reoperated in 2cases.Conclusion Selecting the proper operating approach and protecting the major structures near the tuberculum sellae meningiomas is the key to total remove of turberculum sellae meningiomas and improve the prognosis in the patients. |
