地高辛联合益气养阴汤治疗肺心病心衰48例探讨

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨地高辛联合益气养阴汤治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法 选择慢性肺心病肺部急性感染被控制后,以心力衰竭为主要表现,心功能Ⅱ级~Ⅲ级能坚持门诊治疗的患者96例,随机分为两组,对照组48例给予地高辛片0.25 mg,1次/d,口服;治疗组48例用地高辛片0.125 mg,1次/d,口服,并加服中药益气养阴汤方。结果 治疗组48例,显效25例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率为95.8%;对照组48例,显效20例,有效19例,无效9例,总有效率为81.3%。两组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.03,P<0.05)。结论 地高辛联合益气养阴汤治疗肺心病心衰疗效确切,副作用少。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with heart failure as main manifeatation treatied by digoxin combined with yiqiyangyin decoction after the acute lung infections was control led. Methods Ninety-six chronic pulmonary heart disease patients (class Ⅱand Ⅲ), whose lung infections was control led and primary symptom was heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. In control group, 48 patients were given orally digoxin tablets 0.25 mg once daily. In treatment group, 48 patients were given orally digoxin tablets 0.25 mg once daily and yiqiyangyin decoction daily. Results In treatment group, significant effect was found in 25 patients, effect in 21 patients and no effect in 2 patients with a total cure rate of 95.83%, while in the control group, the dates were 20, 19, 9 patients respectively, and the total effective rate was 81.13%. The difference between the two groups were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Digoxin combined with yiqiyangyin decoction in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with heat failure has positive effect with less adverse effect.
