| ［摘要］ 目的 观察国产紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 选Ⅲ～Ⅳ期NSCLC病例46例，用紫杉醇150 mg/m2加入5%葡萄糖注射液500 ml中静脉滴注3 h，d1，顺铂60 mg加入生理盐水注射液100 ml中静脉滴注，d2、3，3～4周为1周期，2～5周期后评价疗效。结果 全组46例有效率为39.13%（18/46），主要毒副反应为血液毒性反应、脱发及消化道反应。结论 紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC有较好疗效，毒副反应较小，可以耐受。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe short-term efficacy and toxicity of paclitaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of Ⅲ-Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Forty-six cases of Ⅲ-Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer were treared by intravenous drip of paclitaxel 150 mg/m2 in 5% glucose injection 500 ml, within 3 hours, d1; cisplatin 60 mg in 100 ml normal saline injection, intravenous drip, d2,3. A cycle lasted for 3 to 4 weeks.After 2 to 5 cycles the treatment effects were evaluated.Results In Forty-six cases the response rate was 39.13%(18/46). The main toxicities inclnded blood toxicity, alopecia, and digestive tract reaction.Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin for treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer have better efficacy, less toxicity and can be tolerated. |
