| ［摘要］ 目的 利用Tip-Edge plus直丝弓技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错（牙合）畸形并探讨该技术的矫治效果及要点。方法 应用Tip-Edge plus直丝弓技术对18例（女性12例，男性6例，平均年龄15.8岁）Ⅱ类1分类上颌前突患者进行矫治。均拔除4颗第一或第二前磨牙，按照Tip-Edge plus直丝弓技术矫治程序进行矫治。对矫治前后的X线头颅侧位定位片进行测量分析。结果 矫治后，所有患者均达到了矫治目标，ANS角减小，上切牙显著内收，其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Tip-Edge plus直丝弓技术可显著减少患者上颌突度，有效矫治Ⅱ类1分类上颌前突患者。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the treatment points of patients with Angle Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion treated with Tip-Edge plus technique. Methods Eighteen patients with angle Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with maxillary protrusion (12 girls and 6 boys, mean age 15.8 years) were selected. All the patients were extracted four first or second premolars and treated with Tip-Edge plus technique. Cephalometric analysis was performed to evaluate the changes before and after treatment. Results After treatment, all the patients achieved the goal. ANS angle was reduced and U1-NA was decreased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion With Tip-Edge plus technique, the patients with Class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion with maxillary protrusion can be treated effectively. |
