| ［摘要］ 广西宜州市卫九项目（艾滋病）实施的8年来的主要经验是从组织保障、制度保障、人力保障、经费保障四方面建立机制和抓好培训，提高防艾技术水平；广泛宣传，营造防艾氛围；建立HIV初筛实验室三项措施等。项目实施的办法、经验及其所取得的成效，对当前和今后防艾工作有着一定的借鉴经验。 |

| ［Abstract］ In the past eight years of the implementation of nine projects(AIDS) of Municipal Health Bureau in Yizhou Guangxi,four mechanisms including organizational security, system security, human security, and funding security were established. And three measures including grasping training,enhancing skill levels of anti-aids and giving wide publicity, and creating an atmosphere of anti-aids and establishing HIV screening laboratories were made. Four mechanisms and three measures are briefly reviewed. The approach, experience of project implementation and the results achieved provide a useful reference for the current and future work of anti-aids. |
