| ［摘要］ 目的 总结老年急性胰腺炎(AP)内科综合治疗的经验和效果。方法 回顾性分析51例老年AP患者的内科临床综合治疗的相关资料。结果 51例患者经内科综合治疗后体温、血淀粉酶、血糖、白细胞、血钙均恢复正常水平，5例（10%）尿淀粉酶稍高于正常。治愈39例（76.5%），好转8例（15.7%），转手术治疗2例（3.9%），死亡2例（3.9%），实验室检测结果除5例（10%）患者尿钙稍高外，其他均恢复正常。结论 老年AP的内科综合治疗措施应在常规治疗的基础上，尽早抑制胰腺分泌和胰酶活性；早期使用广谱抗生素；及时给予肠内营养,疗效满意，综合治疗可减少并发症并降低病死率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To summarize the experience of combined treatment of internal medicine in aged patients.with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods The combined treatmen methods of 51 aged patients with AP were analyzed retrospectively.Results Based on routine treatment,51 aged patients with AP received treatment such as inhibiting the pancreatic enzyme secreting and pancreatic enzyme activity,using the broad-spectrum antibiotics early,giving the enteral nutrition in time.Among 51 cases,39 cases(76.5%) were cured,8 cases(15.7%) were better,2 cases(3.9%) were transferred to surgical treatment and 2 cases(3.9%) died.The laboratory examination resnlts showed higher urinary calcium in 5 cases(10%),the other indicators returned to normal values.Conclusion Combined treatment of interal medicine for the aged with AP is effective and may lessen complications and reduce mortality. |
