摘要:
［摘要］　黑色素瘤抗原(MAGE)主要表达于以黑色素瘤为主的多种恶性肿瘤中，因此，检测MAGE基因及蛋白在不同组织类型的恶性肿瘤中的表达是临床肿瘤免疫治疗的前提。本文就MAGE在基因水平和蛋白水平的检测方法及意义作一综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　The melanoma antigen(MAGE)was expressed in a variety of malignant tumors,mainly in melanoma,therefor,detection of MAGE genes and proteins in different histological types of malignant tumors is a prerequisite for clinical tumor immunotherapy.In this paper, the detection methods and significance of level of MAGE gene and protein are reviewed.
