| ［摘要］ 目的 总结分析两性霉素B治疗肾病基础性马尔尼菲青霉菌病患者的疗效，提高用药水平。方法 对3例行两性霉素B治疗肾病基础性马尔尼菲青霉菌病治疗前后主要临床表现及肝肾功能主要指标变化进行观察，分析药物治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果 经两性霉素B治疗后，马尔尼菲青霉菌病得到控制，感染所致的肝损害好转，不良反应（包括低血钾、乏力等）轻微，无明显的肝、肾损害等严重不良反应发生。结论 两性霉素B治疗肾病基础性马尔尼菲青霉菌病疗效可靠，不良反应亦可控。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the efficacy of amphotericin B in the treament of penicilliosis marneffei patients with nephropathy,in order to improve the level of safe clinical drug application.Methods Three penicilliosis marneffei patients with nephropathy were treated with amphotericin B,and their hepatic renal function before and after treatment were compared; the treatment efficacy and adverse reaction were evaluated.Results After treatmnt,all three patients showed in improvement clinic symstom.The infection-related liver function damage also were improved.The adverse reaction included hypokalemia and fatigue ect.,but no severe side reation were found.Conclusion Amphotericin B may be an effective and contollable drug in treating penicilliosis marneffei patients with nephropathy. |
