| ［摘要］ 目的 调查广西某医院鲍曼不动杆菌临床分布特点及耐药性,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供参考。方法 对2007-01～2009-12广西某医院临床标本中分离的669株鲍曼不动杆菌进行回顾性调查，用WHONET5.4统计软件分析有关数据。结果 鲍曼不动杆菌临床分布以ICU及呼吸科最多，分别占44.9%和22.8%；临床标本中以呼吸道标本分离率最高，占73.4%；鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的敏感率最高，其次为亚胺培南，对其他抗生素均有不同程度的耐药性、多重耐药性。结论 鲍曼不动杆菌耐药现象呈明显上升趋势，需引起临床关注。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical distribution and drug-resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in hospital, so as to provide evidence for proper use of antibiotic drugs in clinics.Methods A total of 669 Acinetobacter. baumannii strains clinically isolated from Jan 2007 to December 2009 was retrospectively analyzed. The data were analyzed by Whonet 5.4 software.Results The most location of Acinetobacter baumannii were ICU(44.9%) and respiratory ward(22.8%). The isolation rate of respiratory samples were the highest(73.4%). Acinetobacter baumanii had the highest susceptibility to cefoperazone/sulbactam, followed by imipenem. It had higher degree of drug resistance rates to the other antibaeterials, and had higher multidrug-resistantce.Conclusion The drug-resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii shows a remarkable uptrend. It should be paid more attentions to the problems of multi-drug resistant and pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii. |
