| ［摘要］ 目的 观察腹腔镜术后辅助中药内服、外敷、灌肠等治疗输卵管性不孕症的临床疗效。方法 对90例输卵管性不孕的患者随机分成2组，每组45例。观察组实施腹腔镜输卵管粘连松解术后并辅助中药内服、外敷、灌肠治疗。对照组以克林霉素静脉滴注及输卵管通液治疗。 结果 观察组总有效率达91.11%，治愈率为75.55%。对照组总有效率为62.22%，治愈率为48.89%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 腹腔镜输卵管粘连松解术辅助中药内服、外敷、灌肠等治疗输卵管性不孕有显著临床疗效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of tubal infertility with oral,topical and enema treatments of traditional Chinese medicine after laparoscopic lysis.Methods Ninety patients of tubal infertility were randomly divided into two groups and each group included 45 patients. The observed group received the treatment of laparoscopic lysis of tubal adhesions combined with the postoperative assistant treatment of oral,topical and enema traditional chinese medicine;the control group received the intravenous drip of clindamycin and Fauopian tubal instillation.Results The total effective rate was 91.11% and the cure rate was 75.55% in the observed group.And the total effective rate was 62.22% and cure rate 48.89% in the control group.Compared the two groups,the differences was obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic lysis of tubal adhesions combined with postoperative assistant treatment of oral, topical and enema tradirlonal chinese medicine has significant effect for tubal infertility. |
