| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨异丙酚复合小剂量芬太尼用于无痛人工流产术(人流术)的麻醉效果及其意义。方法 200例自愿接受无痛人工流产术的患者分为异丙酚组（A组）和异丙酚复合小剂量芬太尼组（B组）各100例，监测血压、平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度，分别记录两组异丙酚总剂量、苏醒时间、术中术后镇痛效果、不良反应等，观察两组镇痛效果、用药量、术毕苏醒时间及不良反应。结果 两组丙泊酚用量、术毕苏醒时间、镇痛效果、不良反应发生率的差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 异丙酚复合小剂量芬太尼用于无痛人流的镇痛效果确切、安全、副作用发生率低、性价比好，是目前较好的无痛人流方法之一。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effects and significance of the application of diprivan combined with small dosage of fentanyl in analgesia artificial abortion.Methods Two hundred patients received analgesia artificial abortion voluntarily were divided into control group (n=100) and observation group (n=100). In the control group, the patients received diprivan and in the observation group, the patients received diprivan combined with small dosage of fentanyl. The blood pressure, mean arterial blood pressure, heart rate, saturation of blood oxygen, total dosage of diprivan, wake up time, analgesia effect during and after operation and side effects were monitored in both groups.Results The amount of diprivan, wake up time after surgery, analgesia effect, side effects rates between two groups were statistically significant of the difference（P<0.05）.Conclusion It is effective and safe to apply diprivan combined with fentanyl in analgesia artificial abortion with less side effects and high cost-effect, which is a good method for analgesia artificial abortion at present. |
