| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨裂隙灯下剔除角膜铁屑异物及锈环的方法及疗效。方法 对278例(296眼)角膜铁屑异物及形成锈环的患者表麻后在裂隙灯下用邮票式剔除法一次性剔除异物及锈环，观察临床疗效。结果 本组病例均一次性将异物及锈环完整取出，全部治愈，未出现感染及并发症，无锈斑残留，遗留角膜薄翳32例。结论 裂隙灯下邮票式剔除角膜铁屑异物是一种对角膜损伤小，安全有效的剔除方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the method and curative effect of removing cornenl scrap iron foreign bodies and rust ring under slit lamp.Methods In 278 patients(296 eyes) with cornenl scrap iron foreign bodies and rust riny,the clinical effects of removing corneal scrap iron foreign bodies and rust ring using stamp type remove method under slit lamp were observed.Thier foreign bodies were removed in one time affer surface anesthesia.Results In these patients,the cornenl scrap iron foreign bodies and rust ring were removed in one time.No infection and complication were found,and no residual foreign bodies was found.Residual corneal nebula were found in 32 patients.Conclusion Removing corneal scrap iron foreign bodies using stamp type remove method under slit lamp is a safe and effective remove method with slight injury. |
