| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨尼尔雌醇联合米索前列醇应用对绝经期妇女取环术的影响。方法 对80例绝经期取环妇女随机分为两组各40例。观察组术前一周予尼尔雌醇4 mg顿服，第8天来院取环，术前3 h加用米索前列醇200 μg置于阴道后穹窿。对照组40例绝经妇女术前不服用任何药物，分别观察两组宫口扩张程度、取环所用时间、失血量、综合反应程度及成功率。结果 观察组在宫口扩张情况、取环成功率、手术时间、失血量及综合反应程度方面均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 尼尔雌醇联合米索前列醇对绝经妇女取环有较好效果，值得临床推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effects of misoprostol combined with nilestriol in removal of intrauterine device(IUD) in postmenopausal women. Methods Eighty menopausal women were randomly divided into two groups. Forty cases in study group were given nilestriol 4 mg at a draught one week before surgery. The patients returned to the hospital for removal of IUD on 8 th day after medication, misoprostol 200 μg was placed in posterior foenix at 3 hours before surgery. 40 cases of control group were not given any medication before surgery, blood loss volume and success rate the cevial dialation degree, require time for removal of IUD in two groups were observed.Results The study group was superior to the control group in the cervical dilation degree, required time for removal of IUD, blood loss volume, the success rate and comprehensive response levels (P<0.05）. ConclusionNilestriol combined with misoprostol in removal of IUD in postmenopansal women has better effect and is worthy of clinic application. |
