| ［摘要］ 甲状腺乳头状腺癌作为甲状腺恶性肿瘤中发病率最高的一种类型，其预后较其他类型好。目前，外科治疗仍是甲状腺乳头状癌的主要治疗手段。其对放、化疗均缺乏敏感性，一般不宜选用。基因治疗是今后研究的热点，有望为甲状癌的根治获得突破。该文就甲状腺乳头状癌的治疗研究进展进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Papillary thyroid carcinoma is one of the highest incidence of thyroid cancer, however,its prognosis is better than other types. Currently,surgical treatment is the main treatment for thyroid cancer,because radiation and chemotherapy is absent sensitivity for papillary thyroid cancer and generally were unfavorably chosen.Gene therapy will become hot reseach and expect to break the cure of thyroid cancer.This article reviewed research progress on surgical treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma. |
