| ［摘要］ 目的 评价补肾活血中药治疗肾虚血瘀型抗精子抗体阳性不孕的效果和安全性。方法 通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国引文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、会议论文及手工检索所选中文献的参考文献，比较中医药与西医治疗的随机对照试验结果。对纳入研究的数量与质量进行循证医学评价，并用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果 有7篇文献满足标准，与避孕套隔绝及强的松、泼尼松、地塞米松等激素或其他西药治疗相比，补肾活血中药治疗抗精子抗体阳性不孕症，在不孕妇女的妊娠率及抗体转阴率方面效果较好，经Meta分析，差异有统计学意义。结论 中医药治疗肾虚血瘀型抗精子抗体阳性不孕可能有效，但因检索到的文献方法学质量不高，存在发表偏倚，故其有效性尚需更有力的证据来证明。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To assess the effectiveness and safety of Chinese medical herbs of bushen huoxue in the treatment of infertility women with positive antisperm antibody. Methods The literature published between 1979～2008 were obtained from databases in Chinese. A comparison between the Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of randomized controlled trials was perfurmed. Controls were western medicine. Data were evaluated by Meta analysis with Revman 4.2. Results Seven RCT trials met inclusion criteria. Chinese medicinal herbs were effective compared with Western treatment methods and resulted in higher pregnancy rate ［OR=2.64, 95%CI（1.67,4.16）, P<0.0001］ and antisperm antibody (AsAb) negative rate ［OR=4.42, 95%CI（2.82, 6.93）, P<0.00001］. Conclusion Chinese medical herbs of bushen huoxue in the treatment of infertility women with positive AsAb may be effective. However, methodological quality of some trials is poor, the validity is uncertain. More strictly designed, randomized, double blind and more cases trials are required. |
