| ［摘要］ 目的 总结平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的疗效。方法 用平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗104例口腔颌面部血管瘤患者，5～7 d注射一次，3～5次为一疗程。结果 经6～24个月观察随访，治愈88例（84.62%），基本治愈11例(10.57%)，好转5例（4.81%），无效0例。有效率100%。结论 平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤安全、简便、疗效好、疗程短。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the effect of combined injection of pinyangmycin and dexamethasone in treatment of hemangiomas in oral and maxillofacial regions.Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with hemangiomas in oral andmaxillofacial regions were analyzed retrospectively. Pinyangmycin and dexamethasone concurrently were injected into the cavity of the hemangiomas. The injection might be repeated every 5 to 7 days,and this process might be repeated 3 to 5 times.Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months. The cure were found in 88 case (84.62%),primary cure in case (10.57%),improvement in 5 case (4.81%).There was no ineffective case in this study.Conclusion This therapy is safe, simple and effective for treatment of hemangiomas in oral and maxillofacial regions. |
