| ［摘要］ 目的 总结在小儿血管瘤手术过程中使用肠钳辅助切除血管瘤的临床效果。方法 20例小儿血管瘤手术中，在血管瘤基底上肠钳，然后切除血管瘤。结果 20例小儿血管瘤手术成功，痊愈出院。结论 在小儿血管瘤手术过程中，使用肠钳辅助，方法简单，术中出血少，有临床应用价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To summary the clinical treatment results in treated children of hemangiom by operation with intestinal clamp.Methods In operation of 20 of hemamgiomas in children,hemangioma were cut at the base of tumor by intestinal clamp.Results The hemangiomas were successfully removed in all cases.All cases were cured and discharged from hospital.Conclusion Application of intestinal clamp in operation of hemangioma in children has advantages such as simple operation and less blooding and is worthy of clinical application. |
