| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨抑癌基因p16在疣状胃炎和胃癌中的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法分别检测56例胃癌、56例癌旁组织、60例疣状胃炎和60例慢性浅表性胃炎活检组织中p16基因的P16蛋白表达情况。结果 P16蛋白表达顺序由低到高分别为胃癌→癌旁组织→疣状胃炎→慢性浅表性胃炎；P16蛋白在胃癌的表达中显著低于癌旁组织、疣状胃炎和慢性浅表性胃炎(P<0.05)，而疣状胃炎的表达也显著低于慢性浅表性胃炎(P<0.01)，但癌旁组织和疣状胃炎之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 抑癌基因p16可能参与了疣状胃炎向胃癌发生发展的过程。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene p16 in verrucous gastritis and gastric cancer and the clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used for testing the P16 protein of p16 gene in 56 cases of gastric cancer, and their adjacent tissues, 60 cases of verrucous gastritis and 60 cases of chronic superficial gastritis. Results The degree of expression of P16 protein by order was gastric cancer→their adjacent tissues→verrucous gastritis→chronic superficial gastritis. Expression of P16 protein was lowest in gastric cancer (P<0.05); Expression of P16 protein between adjacent tissues and verrucous gastritis showed no significant difference (P>0.05), and expression of P16 protein in verrucous gastritis was greatly lower than that in chronic superficial gastritis (P<0.01).Conclusion Tumor suppressor gene p16 may involve the process of development from verrucous gastritis to gastric cancer. |
