Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) plus multilingual regional skin bridge plastic bypass grafting surgery in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods The ninety patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment and control group(45 cases, each group). The treatment group was treated by PPH plus multilingual regional skin bridge plastic bypass grafting surgery and control group by external dissection and internal ligation procedure. Results In comparison between two groups, treatment group was significantly superior to control group in the therapeutic effect, operation time, recovery time, wound healing time, cure rate and postoperative recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of PPH plus multilingual regional skin bridge plastic bypass grafting surgery is a comparative ideal surgical method to treat circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
