[摘要] 目的 评价微创拔牙刀及高速涡轮机在下颌多根阻生智齿中的应用的临床效果。 方法 选择临床需要拔除的下颌多根阻生智齿100例,按随机数字表分为两组,每组50例,分别用微创拔牙刀及高速涡轮机和传统拔牙器械拔除下颌多根阻生智齿,术后比较两者的拔牙时间、术中术后患者的主观感觉、术后张口受限程度及干槽症发生情况等。结果 微创组在拔牙时间、术中术后主观感觉、术后张口受限程度及干槽症发生情况等方面明显优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论 使用微创拔除下颌多根阻生智齿技术具有临床应用价值 。 |

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinic effects of extraction of mandibular impacted tooth with many roots by minimally invasive extraction instrument and air turbine drill.Methods One hundred mandibular impacted tooth which were to be exacted were randomly divided into two groups: traditional extraction group and minimally invasive extraction group, 50 for each group. The duration of extraction, subjective assessment during and after operation, limitation of mouth opening after operation and dry socket after operation were assessed.Results The rates of the minimally invasive extration group were lower significantly than those of the traditional extraction group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive extraction instrument is worthy of clinic use. |
