| ［摘要］ 目的 评价锁定解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 采用锁定解剖钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折32例，观察术后疗效并对该方法进行评价。结果 32例随访2～18个月，骨折复位及内固定良好，30例已达骨性愈合，2例因时间不到但有少数骨痂生长，无髋内翻畸形，无钢板螺钉断裂及螺钉松脱。结论 锁定解剖钢板由于设计符合生物力学特点，性能坚固，并有加压和滑动的双重功能，是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折比较理想的内固定物。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the effect of locking anatomical plate internal fixation in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Thirty-two patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated by locking anatomical plate internal fixation, The efficacy was observed and the method was evaluated. Results Thirty-two patients were following up for 2 to 18 months, good fracture reduction and internal fixation, bone union were reached in 30 patients, a few callus growth in a patients because of their relatively short treatment time, and no hip varus, no plate or screw fracture and screw pine off in all patients. Conclusion Locking anatomical plate is an ideal internal fixtures in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture because of its design to meet anatomical biomechanical features, soild performance,and the dual function of pressure and sliding. |
