GIS技术在剖宫产病例分析中的应用

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨地理信息系统(GIS)技术在病例分析中的应用和意义。方法 统计2009年度在我院住院分娩行剖宫产的病例,运用GIS技术进行流行病学空间统计和空间分析,并绘制可视化的地理分布图。结果 广西全区域的Moran′s I值为0.02,Z检验结果为2.54,广西区域间比较P<0.05,结果表明我院2009年度剖宫产产妇的空间分布呈聚集性分布,尤其在南宁市范围内更为集中(Moran′s I值为-0.53,Z值为-1.32,市内各城区间比较P>0.05)。结论 GIS技术可以用于某些疾病的流行病学调查和病例统计分析,并能将结果绘制成可视化直观分布图,为防治工作提供证据和数据支持。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the application and significance of geographic information system (GIS) technology in case analysis. Methods 2009 cases of cesarean section in our hospital were counted, GIS to was applied epidemiological spatial statistic and spatial analysis, and drawing a visual geographic distribution map. Results The global Moran′s I value of Guangxi is 0.02, Z inspection results is 2.54, P value is less than 0.05, results show that, the spatial distribution of puerperants who choose cesarean section in our hospital in 2009 is gathering distribution, especially in Nanning, the distribution is even more focused(Moran′s I value is -0.53, Z value is -1.32, P value is greater than 0.05). Conclusion GIS technology can be used to do some certain diseases epidemiology investigation and case statistical analysis, and also can draw the results′ visual intuitive distribution map, provide evidence and data support for prevention and control work.
