分组同步学习教学法与传统教学法在内科教学中的应用效果对比观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨比较分组同步学习教学法与传统教学法在内科教学中的效果。方法 于2010年将2009级护理专业5个班的《内科护理学》的“呼吸系统疾病护理及循环系统疾病护理”的教学课程,随机分成观察组:采用了分组同步学习的教学方法进行授课。对照组:采用传统讲授教学模式授课,在期中考试将两组的成绩进行统计学分析,比较两组的教学效果。结果 观察组的成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用分组同步学习的教学方法能充分发挥学生学习的主动性和积极性,是目前“行动导向”教学中理论教学操作性较好的一种教学方法。

A comparative study between the teaching based on synchronous subgroup learning and the traditional teaching of internal medicine

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the operability of theoretical teaching of the “action-oriented” approach. Methods Students majoring in nursing from 5 classes of Grade 2009 were randomly divided into observation group and control group which learning the nursing of the respiratory and circulatory system diseases in medical nursing classes. The observation group was taught with the teaching method of synchronous subgroup learning in different sections and the control group was still taught in the traditional teaching mode. After the mid-term examination, the two groups′ results were statistically analyzed. Results The results of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion The method can both develop the students′ initiative and help to complete the syllabus. As a result, it can be one of the most operable teaching methods of the action-oriented approach.
