| ［摘要］ 手足口病是一种常见急性传染病，普通病例占绝大多数，重症病例主要累及神经系统、循环系统和呼吸系统，引发无菌性脑炎、心肌炎、肺水肿等严重并发症，病情进展快，治疗时间窗短，病死率较高。如何识别重症手足口病患儿的高危因素，及时地把重症患者筛查出来，早诊断、早转诊、早治疗是提高抢救成功率、降低病死率的关键。该文就重症手足口病的临床预警指标作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Hand- foot - mouth disease(HFMD) is an emerging infectious one,and most of cases are not serious. However, some serious cases usually affect infants′ and children′s nerve system, circulatory system, and respiratory system,causing encephalitis, myocarditis and pulmonary edema etc. Sometimes the disease comes quickly and has a high death rate as well as a short window of opportunity for treatment. What the doctors in primary level hospitals should do is how to indentify early signs and symptoms of serious HFMD disease and pick out the serious patients and give them a right diagnosis,a transfering consultation or a treatment as soon as possible. This text mainly summarizes the early signs and symptoms of serious HFMD so that it can give the doctors in primary level hospitals a help. |
