热磁横波运动理疗仪联合药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症33例疗效观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨热磁横波运动理疗仪联合药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 选取2010-03~2010-12收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者33例,其中男25例,女8例。年龄27~40岁,平均32岁。病史5~12个月。均采用热磁横波运动理疗仪联合药物治疗。结果 治疗后患者下肢疼痛、麻木症状完全消失或明显改善,未出现术后神经根粘连症状,且均已恢复劳动能力。以Nakai疗效标准评定,优26例,良5例,可2例,差0例,优良率达93.9%。所有患者均得到半年以上的随诊,无复发。结论 热磁横波运动理疗仪联合药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有消除症状,降低复发率的优点,疗效确切。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To discuss the efficacy of treating lumbar disc herniation by thermal-magnetic wave motion physiotherapy instrument.Methods Thirty-three patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated in our hospital between Mar. 2010 and Dec. 2010. There were 25 males and 8 females with their ages ranged from 27 to 40 years old, averaging at 32. The course of the disease ranged from 5 months to 1 years. They all were treated by thermal-magnetic wave motion physiotherapy instrument with drug therapy at the same time.Results The symptoms of leg pain, numbness, and intermittent claudication disappeared completely or obviously improved after treatment. No symptoms of nerve root adhesions were found and all patients recovered the working ability. The good and excellent rate was 93.9 %. According to the Nakai curative standard, excellent were found in 26 patients, good in 5 patients, fair in 2 patients and poor in 0. All patients were followed up for more than six months, no recurrence were found.Conclusion Thermal-magnetic wave motion physiotherapy instrument in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can eliminate symptoms, reduce the recurrence rate of disease and has significant therapeutic effect.
